Click here to view our brochure! Divorce & Separation Legal Clinic The Divorce and Separation Legal Clinic is a first step for women as they begin the divorce or separation process. Women learn from an experienced matrimonial attorney in a small group setting. Topics covered include: how to get started and key issues to consider, divorce laws in New York State, division of property, custody, child support, legal fees and more. The workshop format allows participants to ask questions relating to their individual situations and to learn from other participants' experiences.

Employment Discrimination Legal Clinic The Employment Discrimination Legal Clinic addresses employee rights and workplace discrimination issues that women may face, such as sexual harassment, or pregnancy, gender or disability discrimination. Topics covered include: employee rights, how participants can determine if they are being discriminated against, options for dealing with discrimination and harassment, legal remedies, collecting evidence, and filing with the EEOC. Led by an experienced attorney, the session consists of a seminar followed by a question and answer period.
