Child Abuse and Protection of Children

Parental Helpline/ Crisis Nursery Program
Respite care (3 days maximum) for young children at risk of abuse or neglect for whom there is a probability they can return home upon discharge. Crisis intervention, advocacy and community referrals for preventive/supportive services for families who decline admission of children to nursery facility.

Safe Space
Counseling& case management for parents at risk for losing custody (due to domestic violence, drug use, etc). Services for victims of physical & sexual abuse, children of domestic violence, children with ADHD, HIV.  High-risk youth center: case management, food, referrals, counseling, drop-in showers & clothing, teen job success academy.
