The Employment Discrimination Clinic
This clinic is held on every first Monday and every third Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm. The Employment Discrimination Legal Clinic addresses employee rights and workplace discrimination issues that women may face, such as sexual harassment, or pregnancy, gender or disability discrimination. Topics covered include: employee rights, how participants can determine if they are being discriminated against, options for dealing with discrimination and harassment, legal remedies, collecting evidence, and filing with the EEOC. Led by an experienced attorney, the session consists of a seminar followed by a question and answer period.
