Cathy Fleming, the President of the National Association of Women Lawyers, is a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP where she leads a team in the Complex Civil Corporate Integrity practice. Ms. Fleming has been a lifelong spokesperson for the empowerment of women and was an early and vocal proponent of the value of issues of retention and advancement of women lawyers. She is a past recipient of the Department of Justice's prestigious Special Commendation Award.

Lesley Goldwasser, the first Asset Backed Trader on Wall Street, is a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. where she heads the Global CDO Group and is co-head of Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, and Structured Products. She is active in the UJA-Federation and is a member of the board of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Born and raised in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, Ms. Goldwasser is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Daryl Hannah, actress and activist, has been working to bring world-wide attention to the fast growing illegal industry of human trafficking and sexual slavery. In addition to campaigning against the sex trafficking of women and girls, she has traveled to Southeast Asia to shoot a documentary that spotlights the issue. Well known for her film career, she is also an environmental activist, including her roles as correspondent for Good Morning America & CNN.

Roberta Kaplan, a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP, has an active pro bono practice. Recently, Ms. Kaplan served as lead counsel in the case challenging New York's ban on marriage for same-sex couples. Ms. Kaplan was chosen by the National Law Journal as one of the top "40 Under 40" lawyers in the U.S. She has been active in matters involving mutual funds, U.S. equity research analysts, and practices in the insurance industry.

Dr. Elizabeth A. Sackler is the visionary and benefactor of the dazzling new Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art at the Brooklyn Museum. As the first public space of its kind in the country, the Center's mission is to present feminist art and to explore its meaning and influence through a wide range of public programs. She is also a public historian, arts activist, and American Indian advocate and holds numerous roles in the Foundation and Museum worlds.
